Health & Safety Policy

The following policy states our intention to take all reasonable measures, to conduct our business activities to ensure the Health, Safety and Welfare of all our staff and all other persons who may be affected by our business activities. This commitment includes the suppliers and subcontractors that we employ, clients, third parties that we work with (including designers and consultants), visitors to our projects and members of the public.

Adherence to such measures will ensure that:

  • we take all reasonable steps to minimise accidents and incidences of ill health to all parties
  • we provide, so far as is reasonably practicable, adequate control of the Health and Safety risks arising from our work and associated activities
  • we are committed to ensure full compliance with our legal obligations and all current Health and Safety Legislation in respect to our business activities
  • we will endeavour to follow industry best practice and comply with our clients’ Health and Safety requirements
  • information, instruction and training is provided to all of our employees and is appropriate to their roles and responsibilities
  • we encourage and promote health and safety best practice and innovation through our staff
  • suitable and sufficient resources are given to Health, Safety and Welfare across all levels of the business
  • we consult and communicate Health and Safety issues and listen / take action when feedback is given
  • we create and maintain a positive Health and Safety culture and ensure that it is our highest priority across all levels of the business
  • our Health and Safety performance is constantly monitored and reviewed with the aim to continually improve
  • we shall regularly review this policy to ensure that it is appropriate to the nature and scale of our health and safety risks and remains relevant and appropriate to the purpose of the business
